Permcon permeable concrete
Permeable concrete lets stormwater pass straight through the surface into the ground rather than running off it into a drain. It matters when a site is close to its impervious-surface limit, when there is nowhere sensible for runoff to go, or when you simply do not want a sheet of water crossing a yard every time it rains.
We are the only approved Permcon installers in the Waikato. If you have been told your site has a stormwater problem, it is worth a conversation before you redesign around it.
Earthworks, foundations and concrete
Excavation
Excavators from a 1.7 tonne that fits through a gateway to a 20 tonne machine. Diggers, drainage, batters and bulk cut and fill to residential, commercial and rural foundations; vehicle crossings and driveways.
Site Preparation
Bobcat sitework with an auto leveller for accurate levels, plus a mulcher for clearing scrub and overgrown blocks. Building platforms cut, filled and compacted.
Foundations
Licensed Building Practitioners for residential and commercial concrete foundations. Boxing, reinforcing steel, concrete pours and finishing. Also compliance documentation for clients, council and builders.
Driveways
Concrete, exposed aggregate, coloured and permeable driveways, plus metalled rural entrances.
Farm Works
Feed pads, silage bunkers, races, culverts and farm tracks.
Cartage & Hiab Hire
Truck and trailer bulk cartage from landscaping supplies to quarry products, plus transport and Hiab truck hire for getting gear and materials on and off site.
